Buy a condo in Royal Oaks Tower 4505 Harding Pike. Great location in Belle Meade with 2 grocery stores, Starbuck, and the Green way across the street. Building was built in 1942, very solid but with high maintenance costs. These condos don't even show up on searches for people looking to move to this area because they wouldn't expect to find something so affordable in this location.
